This piece will be made personally for you and is not stocked. Accordingly, no returns are possible.

You have complete creative control. You can suggest new design elements, such as stones in the animal’s eyes or inset stones. You can choose unique surface treatments, such as hammered, satin, or brushed finishing, or sand blasted or high polish.

After placing your order, you will be contacted by email. We will set up a video meeting to discuss and finalize all product details. The final price will be determined and production will begin. Allow 6-10 weeks for production after design is finalized.

The monkey’s fist knot is a common sailing knot, but its unique shape was also incorporated into classic menswear as a cuff link and a stud design. Originally made of silk, we have captured the timeless design of the monkey’s first knot in solid yellow gold.

Cast from solid gold, this stud design is available in your choice of 14 karat – 585 or 18 karat – 750 purity. 18 karat – 750 gold studs contain 75% pure gold, offering a richer, more luxurious yellow tone with increased prestige, though slightly softer than their 14 karat -585 counterparts. 14 karat -585 gold studs, with 58.5% gold content, provide superior durability and scratch resistance while maintaining excellent value, making them ideal for frequent wear while still delivering the unmistakable warmth and luster of genuine gold.
