Dressy Suede
A Versatile Color Choice
Suede belts are almost exclusively associated with casual ensembles. We wanted to break that mold by creating a refined suede belt in a versatile and elegant dark brown color. This shade elevates the texture of the suede, meaning that this belt can easily be worn on casual occasions but can also be dressed up as you see fit.
That being said, the casual feel is maintained by the plush grainy texture of our decadent English calf suede and by the pop of the contrast stitching.
Outfit Ideas
A dark chocolate suede belt is a versatile accessory that can elevate your wardrobe with its rich texture and deep color.
For a casual chic look, pair the belt with a crisp white shirt and dark denim jeans. The contrast between the white and the deep chocolate hue creates a striking look. Finish with brown loafers for a polished yet relaxed vibe.
For a smart casual outfit, combine the belt with a light blue button-down and khaki chinos. This combo is perfect for a day at the office or a weekend brunch. Add a pair of suede shoes to tie the look together.
For a more formal look, wear the belt with a charcoal blazer and trousers. The belt adds a subtle touch of sophistication, making your outfit stand out without being too flashy.
Experiment by layering different textures. Try a wool sweater over a collared shirt, and let the suede belt add a unique element to the ensemble. This is a great way to showcase your style and creativity.
Don’t Forget The Buckle!
Thanks to its warm and even appearance, this belt pairs equally well with gold or silver buckles. We suggest that you invest in one of each so that you can easily match your metals, like jewelry or watches.

Sensational Suede
Sourcing Quality Calves
While calf leather is most often associated with slick, buttery smooth leathers, the qualities that make it exceptional for that finish also make it ideal for suede. Young calf hides are more dense and compacted, because the skin stretches as the animal grows. Tighter collagen bundles produce a superior suede that is more flexible and has a much finer nap.
Artisanal Tanning
The hides for our suede leather belts are tanned in a heritage English tannery that has been in operation for over one hundred years. In that time they’ve developed a unique approach to suede preparation that produces remarkable results.
Intense heat, for instance, is applied to the hides to compress and shrink the fibers. The tighter skin improves longevity and imparts a clean, elegant hand that is extremely soft and smooth.
A special tanning process imparts a full, generous hand and shimmering, plush appearance. This suede is particularly noteworthy for its fine nap that feels delicately soft and shines in the light, emphasizing an unexpected color depth and frankly radiant appearance.
Stain Resistant
During the tanning process, this suede leather is specially treated with protective elements that will reduce staining without adversely affecting the feel of the leather. This protective layer will persist throughout the life of the belt, giving you peace of mind that you can wear your belt out and about without dodging every drop of water or speck of dirt.

- Each belt features five diamond-shaped holes for the prong.
- These holes are spaced about 2.5 cm / 1″ apart
- Please note that if you pin the belt through its last hole, it can accommodate waists of an additional 5cm / 2″, although we do not recommend wearing the belt in this way as it can appear distended or stubby.
Cutting Your Belt to Size
- Our belts are designed to be cut down to size from their unfinished edge so that they fit you perfectly. We offer individual sizing to reduce waste where possible.
- Try the uncut belt on for size to determine exactly where you want to cut it.
- Cut the belt down to size using sharp scissors or a sharp knife.
- If you are not sure about your size, you can always buy the longest belt and cut more of it down.
Care Instructions
- Due to an intensive dyeing process, our suede belts require minimum care.
- If desired, you may occasionally brush your suede belt with an appropriate brush to revive the nap.
Cleaning Instructions
- If your suede belt becomes dirty or soiled, it can be cleaned using a quality suede cleanser.
- Follow all listed instructions.
- Allow the area to then dry fully.
- If the stain persists, consider taking your suede belt to a quality cleaning service specializing in the care of luxury leather goods.
Storage Instructions
- When not in regular use store your suede belt in a cool, dry place to prevent the leather from drying out or the color from fading.
- We prefer to store our belts hanging loosely from a belt rack or hook.
- If so desired, belts can be stored in a loose roll.
- Do not tightly roll your belt as doing so can deform the nap.
