Samba in Style with Brazilian Blue Cactus!
In Brazil, everything is stylish and fun, even the cactus plants with their startlingly unique coloration that combines silvery and turquoise tones with a powdery blue base. This is not made up: the Pilosocereus azureus, sometimes also referred to as Blue Torch or Pilosocereus pachycladus has exactly this color.
This shade of blue is perfect for a silk knit tie because the shimmering variety of subtle tones unlocks expanded styling potential for you, offering a wider range of colors that you can pick out in your ensemble.
The subtle shimmer of Brazilian Cactus Blue, combined with the crisp texture of the silk itself, elevates this tie’s casual charm and means it thrives in casual daytime settings or even on a fun night out.

Colors To Avoid
This tie should not be worn with very loud competing colors like neon orange, lime, or hot pink, which can make the overall look feel cartoonish instead of refined. Very strong, warm earth tones such as pumpkin orange, brick red, or mustard can also fight with its cooler, desert-inspired vibe, muddying the color story rather than complementing it. Likewise, pairing it with other very saturated blues or blue-greens of a similar value can cause the tie to visually “disappear,” so it is better to use softer, more muted neutrals or gently contrasting shades that let the motif stand out.

This Tie Has a Dynamic Zigzag Pattern
This silk knit tie showcases an intricate zigzag pattern knitted directly into the silk, creating alternating bands of texture and subtle negative space. The result is a dynamic play of structure and movement that enriches the tie’s surface, especially when paired with our expansive range of color options.
This Tie Makes You Look Better
Unlike plain knit ties, this zigzag design adds a striking layer of visual interest. Its rhythmic pattern naturally draws the eye upward, ensuring your face, and not just the tie itself, remains the focal point. This makes it particularly effective for settings where presence and confidence are key.
This Tie Is Timeless
Balancing vintage charm with a touch of retro-futuristic flair, this zigzag silk knit tie is both timeless and unexpected. Carefully crafted to Fort Belvedere’s exacting standards, it offers the texture and hand of luxurious silk combined with a distinctive pattern that sets you apart as a gentleman who appreciates refinement without sacrificing personality.
Please Note: Because this tie was knitted flat and shaped on a wooden mold, a small amount of size contraction takes place immediately after the tie is removed from the mold. As the fabric relaxes over time, the width and length of the tie will increase slightly. Cleaning
Do not attempt to wash this silk knit tie. If you notice a stain, we strongly suggest that you have the tie dry cleaned.
If you wish to attempt a spot-cleaning at home, do so using the following procedure at your own risk.
- Gently blot any excess liquid from the stain with a soft, dry cloth. Do not rub, as this can damage the silk fibers.
- Fill a small bowl with lukewarm water and add a few drops of mild detergent.
- Dip a clean, white cloth into the soapy water and wring out excess moisture. Dab the stain gently with the damp cloth.
- Moisten another clean cloth with plain lukewarm water and dab the tie to remove soap residue.
- Pat the cleaned area with a dry cloth. Then, lay the tie flat on a towel to air dry completely.
Storage
- To prevent heavy creasing, never store your neck wear tied or knotted.
- Undo the knot and then roll the necktie up in a firm but not excessively tight coil.
- Allow it to sit in the coil for about a day to relax wrinkles.
- To reduce stretching, knit ties should be stored rolled or flat.
